Our team and our headquarters are based in San Francisco, but our community of users spans the entire country.

All Lender and Renter interactions must take place on the Closet Cycle platform. If someone attempts to contact you to pay or receive money in other ways then we advise you to cease communication with that user and report them to us.

We highly recommend users upload a profile picture as this helps to build trust and confidence amongst the Closet Cycle community.

Yes. Designers or small distributors/retailers can sign-up and create a profile in the same way an individual can. For designers or small distributors/retailers, we offer a Concierge Service to make lending easier. Just reach out to partnerships@closetcycle.com with your selected styles, together with the brand and RRP information, to get started.
